Park & Tot Lot Usage

Shouldn't the RWA consider views of residents located around the parks & Tot Lots before dictating their usage/treatment?

  1. An overall usage plan for all parks must be thought of. One park cannot have use for all.
One park for the elderly may be beautified. others can be playgrounds for various age groups.

  2. The RWA should start acting sensibly now. What is more imp, constructing a room at main gate to waste money, or to increase the pay of security guards to motivate them for performing better, putting up barbed wires around the boundary waals for resident's security. It only shows that the people behind this illogical idea are only wasting the resident's money instead of doing what they should be doing.

The room obstructs view of vehicles coming from market and those exiting the main gate. Non-sense design and will only lead to more accidents. Our RWA is following the footsteps of UPA govt. No concern for people, only concerned about structural development by means of wasting money.

  3. Between 2-4pm weekdays we have Cars entering the front lane barrier to pick up Vasant Valley Kids blocking the entire road. The same can be seen everyday at the market. I have personally walked to people to get their ass off the road and park it somewhere else!

Is this what their parking or our parking?? Why are we even paying for services if the team isn't paying any attention to what is going on around?

Look around vegetable Mother Dairy...the board says no parking within 10 metres. You will find people parking their cars and nobody objecting!

Guards are incompetent and afraid of people because they aren't paid sufficient, result - theft, robbery, whatever you can think of!

Any sector's security is way better than ours because we aren't paying those who deserve it. Who would want to work for peanuts???

  4. I agree with the seriousness of the parking problem at the market. One solution could be that we start chrging for the parking even if it is just Rs.5 per entry. In that case we can afford an attendant who can take care of parking arrangement and can also anounce when the parking is full.It may also encourage residents to walk to market rather than always use car.
